UTPD provides free security surveys of any residential or commercial building or area. Security surveys are proactive evaluations that identify potential vulnerabilities of an area, and recommendations are made that would minimize or possibly eliminate potential risks.<\/p>\n

UTPD uses the method of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) when approaching a security survey. Our surveys look at existing natural surveillance, access control, and other territorial reinforcements to develop a unique plan for the particular area. Once completed, UTPD will provide a detailed security assessment, complete with potential risk areas and strategies to combat these hazards.<\/p>\n
